The two bedroom suite reminded me of home. It was spacious. the breakfast was delicious and well organized. i especially liked the skybar because it is beautiful (it's really worth the money!).

Breakfast had a huge variety of dishes including sushi. It was magnificent. dining options on the higher floors provide nice experiences, particularly at elise at moza, located on the 12th floor.

spacious suite useful kitchenette
I received a complimentary upgrade to a very spacious suite. This included a kitchenette that was really useful.
The furniture seemed outdated. Some areas looked aged and needed refurbishment. It didn't quite match the otherwise luxury experience.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Shopping at a nearby mall is accessible. Local street food vendors are also nearby and the sathorn pier is close to the excellent icon siam.

The breakfast buffet offered extensive international options. I especially enjoyed the freshly made crisp dosas. Miso and noodle soups were available alongside salads and fresh, seasonal local fruit.

The hotel provided a warm welcome. The staff was courteous. A welcome fruit tray awaited me upon my arrival, a sweet touch that enhanced the experience.

Very nice Stay with Amazing Upgrade!

I am super happy to be a returning guest after many years! I received a room upgrade to the 56th floorwith a river view. The view from the balcony sets this apart. I also loved the focus on little things like the turndown service with pillow chocolates. The breakfast buffet had really good quality, where all the staff, including managers, contribute with warm smiles.
I thought wait times for elevators often felt quite long.

The hotel provides central access with BKK airport approximately 35-50 minutes away. A taxi costs between 500-600 bahts, depending on what type of taxi or car is used. There is a walkway for taking photos over the city and river.

Breakfast is sumptuous and caters for all guests tastes. You can expect many options. I especially like that managers also give warm smiles! The suites include access to a lounge that offers finger buffet lunch and afternoon tea.

The suite includes a small kitchenette with a free minibar stocked with numerous soft drinks. The bathroom is very large, and king size beds feel like sleeping on a feather. There is a dress code for the Lounge, involving smart casual clothing.

The hotel provided a lovely experience from start to finish! My room, a fine lebua Suite River View, offered nice vistas. The perfect cleanliness and luxurious amenities. Breakfast provided numerous choices and was delicious, standing out!
The minibar prices were a tad excessive, but I could overlook this minor detail.

The staff provided amazing service from arrival to departure. My room, a spacious suite, was modern and clean. The views were amazing. Breakfast offered extensive choices and the staff ensured top-quality service (especially the omelets!).
The lifts to the higher floors were often slow, which sometimes led to waits of up to fifteen minutes.
